The Kartush brand and associated logo are the property of Roberto García Collado (RGC Softnet).

4. Software Terms of Use

Kartush is proprietary software distributed under a freemium model:

• The Free version is available at no cost with no time limit.
• The Pro version is acquired through a one-time payment add-on via the Microsoft Store.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the software will function without interruptions or errors.

5. Limitation of Liability

The owner is not responsible for:

• Loss of data stored locally on the user’s device.
• Incompatibilities with email clients arising from changes in third-party HTML rendering policies.
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
• Content generated by the user through the application (HTML signatures, images).

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms, the parties submit to the Courts of Ferrol (A Coruña), Spain, as the seat of the judicial district to which the owner’s domicile belongs, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
